Our pedigree is in engineering, economics, and strategically capitalizing on dislocations (industry wide or asset specific) in the market. Further, our projects integrate efficient power generation as a vital component to reliable, green, and eco-friendly energy systems.

Signalta Power will design, permit, finance, construct, acquire, commission, own, operate, optimize, and joint venture in power assets.

The parent company, Signalta Resources Limited is a successful and creative private company that has invested in the oil and gas industry for the past 45 years through direct JV investments. Over the last 8 years, Signalta has diversified into power, environmental pursuits and large dollar transactions. This broadened focus has contributed to a > 11% Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and 1.8 times return on capital (ROC) since its inception in 1976.

Currently debt-free, Signalta has delivered consistent performance through numerous cycles with a conservative business approach. Management invests alongside partners in new acquisitions and capital programs and has contributed > 50% of Signalta’s capital for more than 28 years.
